• Robert Pidacks originally started in 1983 doing general excavation and sitework.  He also did some logging road construction and timber bridge building.

  • In the early 90's he spent his time removing snow from small commercial parking lots and private driveways.  He also plowed the roads in the town of Roxbury for 5 years.

  • In 1992, Bob bought his first small jaw crusher and the portable crushing business grew from there.

  • In 2000, he bought his first 3042 jaw crusher.  It is bigger in size than the one he bought in 1992 and still uses it today.

  • In 2001, he started his first plant operation with the purchase of a 48" cone crusher, generators, and screens.  He had a complete cone & jaw crushing plant & was capable of producing small stone.

  • In 2003, he purchased a 52" cone crusher, a 6'x20' JCI triple deck screen, and a 725 kw generator.  He also changed the complete plant to operate electrically instead of its original diesel hydraulic drive with some electric.

  • Also in 2003, Bob purchased a RX500 Terminator Impact Hammer to aide in breaking oversize rocks.

  • In 2005 he opened up a quarry on Route 4 in Livermore where we retail various sizes of aggregate products.

  • Also in 2005, he purchased a new 48" cone crusher after selling off the old one from 2001.  He also bought another 3042 jaw crusher with a 6'x20' JCI triple deck screen, conveyors, and a new 465 kw generator.  Making a total of two complete cone & jaw crushing plants.

  • In 2008 Bob bought a hydraulic hammer in combination with a 2004 CAT 345B Excavator.

  • September 2010, Bob added a 2002 Volvo A30D Rock Truck and a 2006 Volvo Excavator.

  • October 2011, Bob puchased a 2003 Cedarapids MVP450 cone crusher after selling off the 48" Cone plant 6 months prior.

  • February 2012, Bob purchased another JCI triple deck 6'x20' screen.

  • September 2012, Bob purchased a new Volvo 220G loader after selling off the Volvo 220F the previous winter.

  • 2013 was a big year in updating a lot of our equipment.  We replaced our lowbed trailer and 2 work trucks. Than purchased a new Cedarapids MVP380X Hi-lift closed circuit crushing plant. and a KPI/JCI 2650 Track Jaw.  The procurement of this new equipment has increased our capabilities and made us more efficeint.

  • We continue to sell aggregate products out of our quarry in Livermore and travel around the State of Maine to our portable crushing customers.

  • We look forward to the new year and its potential for growth, but we especially look forward to seeing our customers!
